Trust in the management was renovated; under the lead of Massimo Fontanesi, the management had started various changes aimed at strengthening Coemar’s position in the world market.

Renato Molinari, former managing director, has also become president of the company: a proof of trust and estimation by the owners, interested in strengthening the team, giving full power to a manager who - thanks to his previous experiences in various multinational companies - has been able to lead the change, giving value to the internal resources of the company.

Now Coemar opens a new phase characterised by innovation: the more than positive response of the market to the launch of the new products - Infinity Wash and the whole LED range, and more - has developed a series of new issues (production, distribution logistics...) that the company is handling successfully. In this perspective of continuous development, there may be shortly a strengthening of the company structure, with new professional figures, able to support a further “jump in quality” at the industrial and offer levels, in terms both of production and services.
