Draft of a Common Declaration

Persuant to this agreement, Stamer Musikanlagen GmbH and Music & Sales Professional Equipment GmbH entirely acknowledge the design models of Outline di Noselli G. & C. s.n.c. and oblige themselves to respect such, while Outline di Noselli G. & C. s.n.c. tolerates the manufacturing, offering and distribution of the product COHEDRA by Stamer Musikanlagen GmbH and Music & Sales Professional Equipment GmbH.

Outline di Noselli G. & C. s.n.c. solicits the other market participants to refrain from commercializing line-array loudspeakers which infringe the above mentioned intellectual property rights. Outline di Noselli G. & C. s.n.c. declarates to institute legal actions in any case of infringement of its intellectual property rights.
